Some more constructions ! ! !
Some more constructions ! ! !
Dear All,
" Western Commode " and " Male Urinal " have been set up, for the larine and toilet
( boys) purpose . The company is " Parryware Vitreous" .It is a company of " Italy + India "
( joint venture ). The cost is "more " compared to only "Indian brand".
As far my experience goes, the foreign branded things are of much better quality, compared to Indian quality,as they lay a lots of"stress" on "perfection" and "improved product". Morever their "technology" is also much developed !
The sewage tank to which the latrine is conneced is an old one ( already present ). The old building had also toilet and latrine but "seperate" ( far ) from "main building"as was prevalent in ancient India due to "superstitiousness".
The old pattern was not suitable for school children !
So new constructions had to be done !
A new cemented wall has been constructed in place of a blank space ( only loose bricks stagged before ).
Please to understand ! compare with the previous photos !
Eagerly i was waiting to update you with photos, but at present Monsoon ( Rainy Season ) is undergoing in India. So either heavy rain or drizzling rain or cloudy day etc. So photos cannot be properly clicked by photographer (as i had already a talk with the photographer ).
Please do have patience ! with me till the sky is clear to update you with photos !
Thank you for your support for the vulnerable children of the school ! ! ! ! ! ! !

I would like to suggest that schools consider composting toilets [humanure]. They are inside the school building, waste is used for fertilizer, etc. Cost is very low.
Dear Ken,
Thank you for suggestion !
In India ! there is no ! such system !
Whosever ( rich or poor or any organisation ) latrine ! tanks ! r full ! they r disposed off ! by local government sewage ! department ! in exchange of which some money ! have ! to be paid ! to the local government !
Morever the school do not have any cultivation ! related works ! at present !
Ofcourse ! i will keep ur valuable ! words ! in mind as soon as any gardening ! or cultivation work start!
Ginger ( Virginia ) asked me , how i am going to make my project self sufficient ( without relying or depending on others ) ?
I have assured ! her that i will plant some guava ! trees ! ( as much the space suffice ),as soon as the Monsoon ( rainy season ) in India is over - which is going on India at present !
As i fear ! very much ! new plants, planted ! may ! die ! in this season ! ( due to heavy rain or continuous rain ) as it had happened ! in our ! family ! garden ! before !
I have also started making the land ready fr the guava trees planting !
I have also some other plans to make my school self sufficient ! but r possible ! as the school develops !
Ofcourse i would let u know ! all ! as soon as i start turning the plans in reality !
Ofcourse in above all ,i need the Almighty's blessings ! and ur good wishes ! and support !
Thank you for your support for the vulnerable children of the school !

There are probably some in India but few know where. No one can make any profits promoting it.
http://weblife.org/humanure/chapter8_2.html You do not have to use sawdust; use whatever dry materials are available. Rice hulls, etc.
You can be the first in your area. Use the fertilizer on the trees. Free. Use a green manure/cover crops on the soil where the trees are.
