We're hoping LR's who represent their projects will be able to manage their own village. We have 93 total villages at the moment and it is just not realistic for us to think we'll end up finding 93 facilitators for each that are willing to stick around and do that work. You ultimately are the one on the ground and know the most about what the needs are. You are also very skilled on the computer, so I know you can manage here.
