HELP A LIFE TO LIVE

Just $10 will make a great difference at our charity. A child will have 3 meals out of that amount

This villge is within the heart of Kasama just 3 km away from the main Post Office.

People in this village are traditionalists and some of them are peasant farmers. Most of the young men and women are not learnt and so they are not in meaningful employment. Most women are married off at tender ages.

The place is graced with abundant rains though people fail to acquire agriculture inputs for farming.

There is a traditional ceremony every year between July and August which attracts alot of people from the big cities.

There are about three waterfalls in this same village situated about 20km away. There are several other cultural heritage sites which attract many people.

We have Maria Mother of Charity which has the vision of empowering young women with crafts skills such as tailoring, knitting, baking and adult education.

Parents came to watch their pupils perform.

Framar School is preparing another Talents Show in the second term. The first one was a breakthrough and it made many parents meet and socialise. The parents were happy to see their children participate in a lot of activities. They were very happy as they did not know that their children could act so well.

The second one must be improved on. E.g The musical system must be better opposed to the first which could not run effectively because of lack of enough power.

The drinks and snacks bought for the guests could not go a round because the response was more than the target.

The children should be given awards this time unlike last time when they went without motivation.

We look forward to seeing this Talents Show come to pass. The date shall be set and announced later.
