NHIF awards 3 levels of accreditation-A, B and C. Our initial level C accreditation was achieved in September 2008 after Friends of Kenya helped us purchase 8 beds for the hospital.

To reach the next level-B, we had to purchase required laboratory equipment. Thanks to the help of Kitchen Table Charities Trust, we were able to accomplish this last week and get everything installed according to standard. We are so happy to report that as of today's reinspection, Arrow Web Hospital has been awarded level B accreditation status under NHIF.

There is just one more level to achieve-level A. In order to get there, the hospital needs to purchase an X-ray machine and ultrasound machine.
