I know one here in the USA but someone else must pay for the container shipping. They will donate the equipment and prepare the container for shipping.

Thank you very much for this i ideas yes most of them want the project to pay for the shipping there is where the problem is we have another one from the UK but we did not manage to raise funds for shipping the container since it was too expensive to us.but for now we a gently need a suction machine to keep our newborn baby live with this any doctor or nurse who works in a hospital can donate it since this ca be easily shipped.

I have no idea how big/heavy one of these is, have you checked out likely shipping costs? Also the cost of buying in Kenya? Then you can work out whether its better to look for an equipment donor, and money for shipping, or whether its just as easy to raise money to buy it locally.

Yes Mary it just a simple equipment that waiting about 10kgs the total cost here in Kenya is 165,000 which is about $1400 usd i will to the proper reach.

This is great although when it comes for the payment of shippement we have problems since we don't have funds of paying for shippement.
even now we have donated medical supplies in the UK that we have not been able to pay for the shippement we are still looking for a sponsor to help as this.
