Edit and format website content

Soon there will be a new website for Arrow-Web Hospital. The new website address will be www.arrowwebhospital.org. The new website is not yet posted because Steve, the designer wants to review each page with Bramuel before publishing it. I hope to also have a look before the site goes up as I've not yet seen it.
I will be leaving this task open for now because once it is posted, I would like for you all to have a look and make suggestions, or note any needed corrections. This has been a LONG road, so I know that both Bramuel and I will be extremely happy to have this task finally completed.

Mary-
I looked through the site and your document tonight. I found a couple of things I didn't see in your document that I mentioned in email to Bramuel and Steve, but sent your document to them as well to request the recommended changes be made. Hopefully once this go-around is done we can close up this task.
Thanks for your help!
Jennifer
Hi Jennifer
Under the Project Room you asked for a list of all the changes that are still needed to the website. I have gone through the original document and pulled out all the things that still need to be done. The list is attached. I would recommend that someone else has a quick look to check that I have not missed something obvious.
If they have not already been fixed, you may also need to add the other items you mentioned in your post on 21st December.
Mary
Thanks so much for taking the time to do this Mary! I'll have a look through it hopefully later tonight so we can finally get this all squared away and close down that task.
Thanks again for your quick response time and great attention to detail :)

Bramuel told me that he attempted to meet with Steve yesterday to go over these final edits to the website, but he was too busy to make the changes. I've asked him to get the password to access the website himself so that we can see if it's possible for Bramuel to just do this himself (or maybe that one of us can help with), saving time and money. He is going to try to get that information from Steve as soon as possible.
All the best-
Jennifer
Bramuel-
I had a chance to look through the latest edits to the website and compared them to Mary's list of items. Only a few of the recommended changes were made. I did look at the revisions/additions you made. I especially like the pictures on the hospital staff page. I think it makes a big difference. I think it would be great if you could get the others agree to add their pictures as well.
Did you ask Steve if you could get the passwords to the site to make edits yourself? At this point, we've gone through several edits and have not been able to get all of the recommended changes made, so I think it would probably be best to try and make these corrections on our own.
Please let me know if you can get the information to access the site for edits.
Hope you're feeling better!
Jennifer
Hi Jennifer
Thanks for making me understand this i have requested steve to give me a password and any other information that can enable us to update and make changes at our own.I will come back to you tomorrow with the answer.
Best wishes
Bram
Hi. I haven't been very active lately but I would like to see the updated website when it is ready, and make any relevant comments.
Susan Ott
Hi Susan! Welcome back!
The new website is located here: www.arrowwebhospital.org
Mary has created a document which is posted a little further down in this string that summarizes the suggested edits. If you would like to look through the website and see if you find anything that isn't mentioned, I think it would be helpful to have another set of eyes. I have looked at it so many times I feel like I am probably overlooking things that might be obvious to others.
The last edits were made a couple days ago. This is the third time we've gone through editing and unfortunately still not all of the changes have been made. Because this costs Bramuel money each time they have to sit down and make revisions/additions, I've asked him to get the administrative passwords so that we can try to get this finalized ourselves.
Bramuel was not feeling well yesterday and I didn't see him online today, so I'm guessing that he is still not feeling better, but hopefully he'll be able to gain the access we need to make the changes very soon.
You might also be interested in taking a look at the blog site that Bramuel created in December. He just recently made me aware of it and has asked for help to improve it. Here would be a great place to post updates and positive stories about how the hospital is impacting the local community. The blog is located here: www.arrowwebhospital.blogspot.com
If anyone else has ideas for things we might add, stories, or would be interested in writing for the blog, please let me know.
Good to have you back Susan! :)
Jennifer
I am absolutely thrilled to say that we are finally closing this task today. We now have the information to access the website for changes. Mary was kind enough to make more revisions and I think for the most part the website is now working.
Thanks to all for your patience and hard work on getting this in order. It is a project in and of itself to create a website, so your help is much appreciated!
