The plan references opening 5 clinics by 2011-is this still something you are planning to work on, or are you going to remain focused on Arrow Web Hospital for now and focus on expansion later? The strategic plan also does not mention any strategies for raising the funds for hospital construction and achieving some of the other goals. I also think some of the basic needs in developing Arrow Web Hospital are not mentioned at all. My recommendation is that we revisit the plan piece by piece and make any needed revisions. We can point out any gaps that we see in the information provided and you can take this back to the board for further discussion. How does that sound?
