The first step of our CBSM Nutrition and School Garden Project is to analyse the current CBSM nutritional program offered to the children of the school and establish what,
• Improvements needed to the quality of food
• Deficits exist in nutritional program
• Improvements to the quantity of food per child per day could be achieved
• Methods would be more efficient and be procured at lower costs
This work results in a pdf document for publication on Nabuur and the CBSM Nutrition and School Garden Project website and a PowerPoint presentation published on Slidshare website.
We are looking for assistance from experts in this field of work who can help us adjust our analysis according to the local situation and to prevent redundant work that has already been made in other Nabuur projects.
