Analyze the nutritional program offered to the children of the school

We are going to analyse our present method of feeding the children. We have to figure out how to improve the quality and quantity of food, as well as plan for better efficiency and lowering our costs. We realise this is rather a lofty goal, but we believe there are always ways for improving our present system. To do this we will try to cooperate with other Nabuur groups in Nairobi, or set up businesses with the help of a micro-financing group (e.g. www.Kiva.org).
We are trying to come up with the funds to put a down payment on a neighbouring piece of land to use to raise maize and cereals and even relocate from rented buildings. The neighbours are helpful in supplying labour for free or reduced costs.
Materials and work efforts needed:
- We need contact with other Nabuur groups who have already experience and expertise in this field.
- We will also contact the Roots and Shoots project.

We're 5 students from Holland and we are connected to Worldschool and Nabuur. We find this project very interesting and we want to know wether there are any volunteers needed on this project. If so, we would love to create a plan to improve the quality and quantity of food and set up a plan to lower the costs.
