Please note that it is very important that you have a good understanding of the customs clearance requirements in your country.
Be aware that you may need to pay duties to customs official when clearing your goods. Computer Aid will provide you with a Gift Certificate, shipping invoice and bill of lading for this purpose. In some countries it is possible to obtain an exemption of duties when importing good for not-for-profit use. If you do not have previous experience of customs clearance, in some countries, Computer Aid may be able to put you in touch with previous recipient for advice.
