Sajos Academy Kiserian - Newsletter
Dear neighbours of Kiserian,
First of all, HELLO to all new neighbours. Daniel, the local representative, and me welcome you to Kiserian, we are happy you joined us!
Since the last newsletter I sent, "New Developments for Kiserian", we got some new information which I wanted to let everyone know about:
The school has some land with the building, so we can look at making it sustainable (see "Teach A Man To Fish" task in the Project Room).
Also, Daniel has contacted a charity organisation, but the earliest they would send bedding is in 2010. So the school still URGENTLY needs bedding for the children before the next term starts. If you are keen to help and looking for a task, this is the most urgent one. (see here)
The Academy is also still looking for more (volunteer) teachers. Special thanks to Stephen Musava for offering to help! More info on this in the Project Room of the village.
We would like to thank all our active neighbours for their engagement and good work!
Please contact me if you have any comments or questions, or if you need help.
Hoping that together, we will be able to make a difference in Kiserian.
All the best,
Marlen - facilitator for Kiserian
