Income Generation Idea - Playstation Video Game Rentals

"Yes We Can Self-Help Group" would like to obtain 10-15 Playstation Video Game consoles and rent them to people interested in playing video games in their community and be our generating income project to support the school
If they charge between 10-20 KES per game, the group feels that they could rent a house and afford to have one person operate this as an income-generating business. After expenses, the thought is that income earned would then be used to support and sustain their projects.
For this task, we are seeking a volunteer with business knowledge to:
1. Help evaluate the feasibility of this prospective business and if feasible,
2. Assist in developing a business plan to support and grow the business, and;
3. Help secure the needed video game consoles, games and other items needed to run the business.

Daniel-
Can you clarify this task for me please? Are you referring to a PlayStation video game console? If so, how are you planning to use it to generate income? Renting out the games or equipment?
If you are not referring to the video game console - what other kinds of games are you referring to?
Jennifer
sorry for the mistake ,i mean play station video game console ,if we can get more than ten we can rent a house and put them and be charging kshs 10 - 20 per game and here in kiserian village we have only one person running that business and it is working good ,also on week end our student can play for free
thank you

i think along with renting a playstation you can start renting the actual games... maybe people can exchange games for a certain price.. you can buy some games and seeingas people usually use their games for a limited period of time they can go exchange it with other used games for whatever price possible
