hi neighbors,
I find it desirable to support my community in most pressing problem that's lack of ideas and skills to set off. I desire to see that people's lives and livelihood are improved particularly in best conditions. I also need to promote rural development of communities still backward like in Africa where poverty is eminent and people live in appalling conditions.
More about myself:
I am Muslim female aged 25 in a logistic and supply field. I serve among the local communities in Uganda, mainly in the central part. Poverty is the language in every corner of the country.I am interested in volunteering and networking for the betterment of my society Africa and the world at large. My desire too is to promote ideas that can assist the needy and orphans from their cries.
am Daniel the local representative of kiserian village in nabuur ,welcome to our village and feeel free to support with ideas ,information and materially if possible

Hi Everyone,
I am Jasper from the Netherlands. I am studying Regional Development and Innovation. With this study I will become a "communication expert" or facilitator for development projects. During this study my interest for Internet and social networking grew. During my internship e.g. I developed a internet training for farmers in developing countries. Unfortunately the organization I wrote this for doesn't exist anymore.
At the moment I am following a specialization minor called "Digital World" at Hogeschool Inholland Rotterdam. This specialization is about the impact of Internet on life and work.

I am Jingo Joseph Nkumbi, a Ugandan male and a director of a community based organization called Comprehensive agriculture and Rural Development Initiative (CARDI UGANDA) we work with rural peasant farmers by training them in sustainable agriculture. we want to find volunteers who can help us to build a website for our village/ organization. any one with the heart of joining hands with us is welcome.
I am ready to help with gardening/farming. Using organic, no-till does not require any funds; just willingness to garden/farm differently. Only funds needed is one time for seed for new crops. Use bucket drip irrigation for growing during the dry season or drought.

Hi Jasper - thank you so much for taking the time to introduce yourself. It sounds like your training program is teaching you very relevant skills which I am certain we can put to good use here at Nabuur! I would be very interested in learning more about the training you developed. I am sure others here would as well. We have many projects around Nabuur with tasks focused on improving agriculture.
Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions about the Kiserian village, Nabuur in general or project facilitation. We can always use good facilitators and several villages here are seeking assistance in that regard.
All the best-
Jennifer
Hi Nicholas -
Welcome back to Nabuur! I'm glad to hear that you are reviving your village. I'm also happy to see that you found your way here to the Kiserian village. It's great when other local representatives are a part of projects in addition to their own. It really helps you all learn from one another.
Thank you for choosing to be a part of the Kiserian village.
Kind regards-
Jennifer
We wish you a warm welcome to the Kiserian village! I am also happy to see that you have a village of your own. I know Mary has been assisting you with getting it set up - the site takes time to learn how to use, but the more you practice the easier it becomes. I am sure that you will be able to offer valuable suggestions and advice here for Daniel too. It's a great way to learn from each other. We are happy you are here with us. Thank you for taking the time to introduce yourself.
All the best-
Jennifer
