Write a five-year plan for the school

Step:

The task is to write a five-year plan which can be presented to potential donors who think about supporting the school.
It will give them a certain degree of security to know that there is a plan, to see what the school's goals are and how it is going to reach them.

This task is planned to be started after some brainstorming about how the school can become self-sufficient. See the link below for results.

Of course, this task especially will require close collaboration with Daniel, as he knows most about the school.

i Daniel mwangi the local representative of kiserian village on behalf of our school,sajos academy kiserian we are sad to announce we are given notice to vacate the plot where we run our school because the owner want to develop it to commercial building ,our notice is of four month from now ,so i hereby request all my friends , neighbors and well wishers to come and help me to save sajos kids to continue with education ,
what we need to help the sajos kids
-first we need to have our own land or plot to build the school
-fencing the land or the plot
-we need building materials
-we need connection of water, electricity,
-construction start
am hoping this project can go with phrases from phase 1 to phase 5
am requesting for well wishers and my neighbors to came out and support my idea so that this kids can have somewhere they can call home or school by next year

thanks for your concern
at the moment we do not have any where we shall take the kids next year ,because we are given four months to vacate the premises and we are struggling to find a place we can rent for school which is in vain ,we raised issue on fund raising to enable us buy our own plot to build the school by which no reply we have receive at the moment ,in fact we are in bad corner and we don't want to loose our kids ,we find a plot which we posted here in nabuur and it is n kiserian village the owner wasking kshs 800,000 and the plot was ok for the school but we do not have fund to buy it.we are hoping everything will be ok because we trust God
