Your meta tags are written for search engines to pull up your site, but only when people type - joomla, Joomla, or JoomlaCommunity. Ask your website designer or host to update these tags to include key words like "sponsorship, child sponsorship, Uganda sponsorship, Africa, health, uganda education, Uganda empowerment, donate, donations, non profit" etc. This way your website will come up in the results when people search any of those keywords.
