Dear All,

As the village of Kohat exists in such backward area of Pakistan's province which on one way is pushed back due to the number of brawls & on the other way its social life is totally disturbed due to the threats of terrorists.

From last couple of months we're trying our level best to modify the lives of people through education & vocational training skills but we couldn't achieve very good result. A few problems they don't let us work to provide our services to the community on volunteer basis.

The huge burden of expenses, limited budget, strong resistance against education ( specially for females ), backwardness, lack of interest for society development, unnecessary restrictions for females & economically weak conditions for community to pay the charges of institute; have made us to face the music.

Such a strange story people enjoy while listening the music but we cry while facing the music. Any how, we've started thinking to the alternate sources that can not only help institute to survive but also to help community to earn their livings & change their lives while educating their kiths & kins.

Our latest progress, we had very good discussion with one of the skillful & experienced lady to teach students the beautician courses & adorn brides. Tendency of adorning brides in local community is one of the best ways to generate income for institute. In our discussion we discussed that institute won't pay any pay to the teacher but there will be the ratio for institute 60% & for teacher 40%.

A few other females who want to earn their livings for the purpose of educating their children & also desiring to spend their lives in a flexible way. They're skillful & can prepare clothes, toys, bedsheets etc & also they're expert in hand embroidery works.

We need your kind opinion for making the things in local community & if we can send them out side the country to sell them in a good way & to earn some money that can help our institute & native inhabitants for making a difference.

We also have the plan for chicken farming but here it's full of risk due to the sudden spread of disease in local area. We're trying to collect all the data about, how to nourish chickens in a safe & sound way?
