Governance and Management:

Over all guidance is given by the FJEC Board. The school is administered and managed by the Executive Committee of FJEC. The Principal of the school plays a role of Secretary for this Committee.

Fatima Jinnah Educational Complex is situated on: Near Mohammad nagar chowk, college town, Pindi road, Kohat, N.W.F.P, Pakistan.

Strength:

Our expectations about admissions are at least 200 students in first 6 months. So far thirty five students have got them selves registered & their number of admissions are increasing day by day. Out of 35 students 10 students are male & 25 are female.
Mainly we are focusing on the education of females, but providing additional classes to males for the cause of developing their skills.
Our aim is not only to polish the hidden skills of new generation, but also to motivate their thoughts while disclosing the importance of education in 2010.

So far the students from 5th class to 2nd year ( primary to college level ) are taking their classes.

Fee Packages:

About fee different packages are announced for the students. For intelligent, poor & orphans: they are free & no fee charges are charged from them. Criteria for the judgment of intelligent students is result of their school & securing the maximum marks while appearing in the test during the admission of FJEC.

As here it's the concept of the people who can't pay the fee charges of private schools they get admission in government institutions.
The students of government schools & colleges are offered to develop their skills with 50% discount. The amount of per course is RS: 300/= PKR. For them the amount of per day is offered as low as a price of one cup of tea.

If the students who can pay the fee charges on the will of their affordable conditions that charges are accepted to decrease the burden of institute but they are less in numbers. To them the amount of each course in per month is RS: 600/= PKR.

Courses & Duration:

Four different courses are started to develop the abilities of students. Tuition classes, cutting & sewing classes, computer classes & English language classes. A part of cutting & sewing, all other classes have two sections. Each course has one section for girls & another for boys.

Six months diploma is offered for each course of computer, English language, cutting & sewing classes. As our institution is affiliated from Peshawar board & working under the umbrella of Trade Testing Board so they grant the diploma of six months.

Staff and their Qualifications:

There are 6 teachers ( 2 males, 4 females), highly qualified a long with diplomas & good experience in above mentioned courses.

School Progress /Achievements:

In last four months the big achievement is achieved while motivating the thoughts of inhabitants to admit their children specially girls in Fatima Jinnah Educational Complex. In a society, that is conservative & don't let their females to go out. But our organization has molded their direction & has proved the hard work of MD & commited staff, who are busy to burn the midnight oil; for the cause of " lighting a candle in the darkness". Where as a result, today, the number of females are more than males. After a lot of hard work & continuous optimistic gesticulations from the organization of FJEC, today the inhabitants have started developing the sense of realization & their important obligations.

Income/Expenditures:

As the stage of Fatima Jinnah Educational Complex, has opened its doors for the students to get education freely, if they deserve. So there is no hope for impressive income to decrease the expenses but the massive load of expenditures is asking for money on every step of need.

Income:

28 students are free. fee charges : 0***

3 students 50% discount :3*300 = 900

4 students complete fee : 4*600 = 2400

Total received amount = 3300

Expenditures:

Rent of building RS = 18000 (PKR) per month

Staff pay RS = 35000 (PKR) per month

Utility bills RS = 5500 (PKR) per month

Others RS = 6500 (PKR) per month

Total expenditures RS = 65000 (PKR) per month
Loss per month (65000-3300) RS = 61700 (PKR) per month

Remarks by Visitors:

Lots of appreciation & encouraging remarks are pronounced by the people whose children are admitted in the Fatima Jinnah Educational Complex. They are quite happy about the performances of their children on the stage of FJEC.
They utter about their terrible boundaries, where they were restricted from the useless traditional chains & their precious moments of lives were devastated like the life of a green tree is destroyed under the aggression of aggressive sun.
To day they feel pleasure while admitting their children in the institute of FJEC. They expect the platform of FJEC not only will brighten the future of their innocent children through the path of education, but also will provide opportunities to their talented children to earn their livings in a respectable way through the source of vocational training center.
