Although not successful, it offered the Neighbours valuable experience on working together on a project and offered the chance to the Bwimaniro Women´s Club, representing Kyarumba, to improve specific points of their project.
The NetAid proposal provides information on project history and location, methodology used, timelines, a project lag frame analysis and a project budget.
The Focus at this stage is narrowed down to the Girl Child Scholarship Fund and the means of its promotion, the Internet Site (see list of Actions Needed in the Issue page).
