I have a suggestion for funding. Anyone can go to www.squidoo.com and create "lens" on any topic of choice. Any traffic to this free site may generate funding either for charity or for cash. The cash can be used to fund this project. It takes a few months for the process to take hold. It will not generate a lot of money but it all depends on the popularity of your site.
