When talking to financial supporters pse prepare (or include in the proposal plan):
- Operational costs
- Cash flow schedule
- budget availability milestones
- maintenance costs
- costs of infrastructure
- support costs
- etc.

Thanks so much for the outline you sent me. It makes everything much more clear. Do you think we should start by going through each part as a group, and put it together here? The first part, principles, says:
Hughes Aircraft Corp developed the method as STOP: Sequential and Thematic Organisation of Proposals.
The idea is:
The top of the decision makers only read 1 page and then decide.
The majority of the decision makers hover over the pages; read what attracts the attention.
The technical experts look for justifications to support their recommendations.
Thus: the proposal outline and appearance must be organised to follow the principle above. (sorry for all the text)
What might we include here?

the idea is to have specialised author to write 1 page contributions according to the outline i proposed (subject to discussion).
The group may then comment on this page; consider aligning it with other parts of the proposal and then the author can finalise it.
If the group would be together i would recommend joined group comments around a so-called "story board".

I had a good time in Delhi. Apart from my training, I was called by Mr.Amitava Basu. and also I was visited by him. He was with me for nearly one hour and had detiled discussion regarding various things. I was very much encouraged with the words that he shared with me. He has assured to work out the details with the informations available.

I hope he could workout a good project proposal with components on various activities for the welfare of the women, children and the implementing team.
I would like to record oiur gratitude to Kristin who has made all the efforts to co-ordinate things among the neibhours.

Welcome Bernhard Aurin,
to the Madurai site, which is basically making our efforts to brig all the children into the regular school and at present those children who are above the age and could not to reenter into the school, we are making our efforts to provide skill training like training on Driving to make them three wheeler and fourwheeler drivers which will fetch them a decent salary to lead a decent life and to cut the chain of child labour in their generation.

I hope your contribution to this site will bring light into the children in the slums in madura.
