You are certainly going to need a clear job description, information on the local area etc, as potential volunteers will need a clear idea of what the work will be (e.g. teaching English, lesson planning, general school work etc), minimum/maximum length of stay, whether it is a place they wil enjoy staying (food, accommondation) etc. And if you register with any volunteer-finding organisations/websites, they will need this information too. Also a way for people to apply if they contact you directly e.g. you will want to know about them, why they want to volunteer with you, what teaching qualifications/experience they have etc. I will set up a task for this later.
