Review and suggest improvements to information document and application form for on-site volunteers

Notre Dame High School is looking for on-site volunteers.
Potential volunteers will need clear information on the school, the work they will do, accommodation, costs, the local area etc.
They will also need to complete an application form providing details about themselves, their experience, and their reasons for wishing to volunteer.
Using information provided by Christopher we have created both documents, and they are attached.
We would like volunteers to review these documents and suggest any information that needs to be added or amended to make them clearer or more attractive to potential on-site volunteers.

Unfortunately I cannot help you to get a computer. Nabuur is about linking community groups with online volunteers from around the world. They then share ideas, contacts etc to help the community solve its most important issues. You can read more on the About Nabuur page. Nabuur is not a funding organisation, and it does not provide direct assistance to individuals..
You are of course very welcome to get involved with any of the communities (known as Villages) on Nabuur, and offer advice, ideas, contacts etc based on the experience you have and the things you enjoy doing. Have a look at the Villages, Volunteer Opportunities and Groups pages to see if there is anything that interests you.
This is Masaka village, where Christopher the Local Representative (the person who represents the community) is seeking solutions for Notre Dame High School. They are a community-run secondary school in Masaka district of Uganda. At the moment they are looking for ways to find on-site volunteers. So if you have any ideas, please let us know!

Every community that is registered with Nabuur has its own set of pages, called a Village. This is Masaka village (also in Uganda), where we are currently looking at ways to find volunteer teachers for Notre Dame High school. You are of course very welcome to join the discussion here if you have any ideas, especially if your organisation has successfully recruited and used volunteers.
If you decide to do that, I would recommend that you join the village as a Neighbour by clicking on the Join link on the right hand side of the page - this will make it easier for you to follow things as new posts to Masaka village will appear on your My Nabuur screen
But this is not the correct place to request assistance for your own project. As you also sent me a message, I will reply to that with more information.

As I wrote in reply to Joseph recenlty, this is not the correct place to request assistance for your own project.
Nabuur does not provide financial help. Please go to the Home or Villages page to find out more about registering your own community. Before deciding whether to register, I would also suggest that you have a look at several existing projects first as this will give you a better idea of how Nabuur works. Projects should focus on making new contacts, finding new ideas, not just on raising money.
You are of course very welcome to join the discussion here about how Notre Dame High School can recruit volunteers, especially if your organisation has successfully used outside volunteers to assist with projects.
