Further,as you had requested hope its ok to write down our current priorities. 1.Water & sanitation completion. 2.Girls dormitory completion. 3.Putting in place the Boys dormitory. 4.Building a mult-porpuse hall to serve as a} Dinning. b} seminar & conferences place. c} Classes for vocational subjects. 5.Provission of Enough furniture i.e tables,chairs for children and for teachers. 6.Others as they may be coming. However,as you mentioned ,all need a website for the school. Mr. Onye,Mary and friends you being an experienced consultants,you may be in a better position to advise us on how the prioties should be,for a better performance. 1.Also other things may be required during the course,like transoprt for those children who have to walk very long destances as far as 3,4 or 5 miles to and from school for studying. 2.Putting in place a low cost kitchen,to reduce costs on firewood used for boiling water and for cooking food. SOME WORK DONE SO FAR IN BRIEF. 1.We have just secured some lab equipments from friends in UK. 2.We got Some vocational tools from UK. 3.We got some money from Uk and built one water tank 30.000 litre capacity. 4.Now we have completed building a pit-latrine phase one for the girls{ 4 stances} 5.Last year we built a 4 stanza pit-latrine for the boys phase one. 6.We have some classes to accomodate 4 classes. 7.we have a football and netball fields though we lack sporting equipments. We have done some good work in the past 2 years.We require more help and advice . I have mentioned many to you,just to give you a clear picture of what has been done and of what may be required to do.We are well aware that all cannot be done at one particular time.
