I am not sure that this one would be able to donate books, but it really looks like a great organization that encourages women to write. According to their website some of their activities include holding workshops about writing-so possibily they might be interested in coming out to the school to talk to the girls. Very worth checking into I think.

The Hesperian Foundation

offers free of very cheap books to areas that have no doctor. Books can be downloaded (large files), or send requests for free copies through their Gratis Book Program.
Teaching Aids at Low Cost

has posters, charts, slide shows and cds on health for free or very low cost. They cover topics such as tabacco, nutrition, eye, breastfeeding etc. What I really thought you could use was leaflet and boardgame on aids. Some downloads are free. You can also buy a thermometer and sugar and salt measures.
