Make or find a template for a project plan suitable for CTY Health Centre

It will be easier if we can base our project plan on an existing template. Please find suitable templates for a health awareness campaign or make one yourself.

Things the template should include: Description of the local situation, project description and goal, budget.

Hello Ingrid!

It is good to have you here! I am working on the other two parts related to the project plan (mainly the actual writing of the plan) and have a list of questions posted that cover the topics that I thought need to be addressed in the project plan. I will add the topics that you have from your outline so we can gather all the necessary information. Please take a look at what has been done and provide any comments you may have. I haven't heard from Nduka for a while and am waiting, so I can begin writing the project plan.

When you reach the point where you need a Project Management input to the document you are producing, you may want some help. If so let me know and I will produce one for you. By that I mean a Project Schedule (Gannt chart) initially at High level showing the major Steps (Phases or Level 1's) and showing further details of specific Tasks and Resources below each Step.
I have enclosed an example - I hope, this new design site and I are not getting on too well so it might not appear!

This is Phil Costa, facilitator for Mgbala Agwa... We haven't had much activity here for a long time!!! I notice you are a dog fancier; that big guy would make short work of my little Scotty!!! Anyway, if you are interested in helping to get Mgbala Agwa revitalized again, please let me know! Babs, you asked me to have a look at the questions for the projectplan. It already looks very complete. I made some comments in the document 'describe the project and its goal'. Manly they are about more detailed information of the current approach and the way to measure if the goals are succeed. Thos might be useful to get or to report to a sponsor.
