When you reach the point where you need a Project Management input to the document you are producing, you may want some help. If so let me know and I will produce one for you. By that I mean a Project Schedule (Gannt chart) initially at High level showing the major Steps (Phases or Level 1's) and showing further details of specific Tasks and Resources below each Step.
I have enclosed an example - I hope, this new design site and I are not getting on too well so it might not appear!
