Most of these questions are answersed adn give us insight in the local resources and situation.

1) What is the known water quality in the community?
1) It is fresh water

|4) For what are you using rainwater now?||4)Domestic purposes like drinking cooking bathing etc|
|5) Which methods are used to catch rainwater?||5) From water spring but it is in small scale whereby people using are more than the resource.|
|6) Were does drinking water come from?||6) By using local methods like trees, banana plants, water gutters, basins, pots etc|

9) Should a storage tank be underground or above ground?
9) Above ground
|10) What are your reasons for the decision.||10) It is easy to repair in case of any damage.|
|11) Do you have any suggestions on materials to be used?||11) Yes in case of above ground tanks plastic tanks can be used.|
|12) Is concrete a good solution?||12) Yes it is a good solution because where the tank is going to be placed needs concrete first.|

|The surface the storage tank will cover in our plan is 25m³ (5*5*1).
14) Is this a good size with enough capacity?
|14) It would be for ten thousand liters and should not be only one because the community will also use that water.|

|16) Is it possible to catch the rainwater on the roof from the school?||16) It is not possible because the roof i have is partly locally made out of papyrus.|

Rainwater harvesting or borehole.

|(2) To be on safe side it would be a good be idea to have both rain water harvesting and a bore hole bse:
a) We only harvest rain water during rainy season so a bore hole can serve the other side.
