We have now moved on to another step of Organising the event which will attract local and international particpants
we are Planning to organise the Marathon into the following catergories
1. Marathon Man Category: ($80)
42 km expected time of running for 6 hours
18 years and above, Born 1988 and before
2. Marathon Women Category: ($80)
42 km expected time of running for 6 hours
18 years and above, Born 1988 and before
3. Half Marathon Man Category: ($60)
21 km expected time of running for 3.5 hours
16 years and above, Born 1990 and before.
4. Half Marathon Women Category: ($60)
21 km expected time of running for 3.5 hours
16 years and above, Born 1990 and before.
5. Individual Men Category: ($50)
10 km expected time of running for 2 hours
No age limit
6. Individual women category: ($50)
10 km expected time of running for 2 hours
No age limit
7. Veteran Men Category: ($50)
10 km expected time of running for 2 hours
40 years and above. Born 1966 and before
8. Veteran Women Category: ($50)
10 km expected time of running for 2 hours
35 years and above. Born 1971 and before
9. Student Men Category: ($50)
10 km expected time of running for 2 hours
12 years to 18 years old.
Born 1988 to 1994
10. Student Women Category: ($50)
10 km expected time of running for 2 hours
12 years to 18 years old.
Born 1988 to 1994
11. Fun Runner Category ($35)
6 km No time limit
no age limit

I would like to thanks all of you who came and contribute with Moung Russsey village since start up to date. We would to thanks for vollunteer from Australia, UK, Nehterlands and USA that have spent both time and buget to help Cambodian Youth Development Center. The final work after visit of Mss. Caroline Middlecote enable us completed with community need assessment and three year strategic plan for fund reaising.
I would every can you visit and comment for imnprovement this work to achieve the goal. please find our three year strategic plan in attachment herewith

I made a quick review of your strategic plan and noticed one of the weakness was board processes. This website has lots of resources on NGO management. There is also information on poverty and income generation, money skills and much more. I have attached one of their documents.
