I'm no expert on farming but it seems to me that it's important to get the trees in the ground and growing as soon as possible. Can you split into two groups and get one group started on the fruit trees. Then, when the vegetable farm has become productive it wont take so long for the second part of the project to become profitable. Do the saplings come at different ages.
If Ken or someone else can pick the best varieties and get some prices, I'll pay for them.

Hello everyone,
Thanks Sinead for welcoming me to this project! I hope I can contribute something here and add things to discussions. I am involved in social work so my skills are in that field and also, I used to be a teacher for 11 years, so perhaps I can also contribute things to educational projects.
Esther
