Paul's organisation is an NGO, EFORDE is a CBO. As an NGO he can get a letter from the ministry but he did suggest that we write letters ou rselves, one from the organisation sending the goods stating all the equipment, that it is a donation,saying that there is no value to the donation. Paddy will then be able to use this letter to get the equipment.
