My name is JINGO JOSEPH NKUMBI, Local Representative for NAKALIRO - CARDI UGANDA village in Kayunga, Uganda.

CARDI UGANDA - Comprehensive Agriculture & Rural Development Initiative - is fully registered as a Community Based Organization (CBO). You can see our registration certificate here.

We work with rural farming families in Kayunga district by training them on sustainable environmentally friendly economic agriculture through which we can reduce extreme poverty.

We operate a coffee/tree seedling nursery bed where we produce seedlings which we give to farming families at a subsidized price. The little money we get from these farmers is used as a revolving fund to sustain the project.

We have joined Nabuur so that we can meet and share ideas and experience on how to scale up our organizational activities and programs and also help other villages to scale up. We believe that sharing is one way through which the world can be seen as one village. Nabuur is a great umbrella that hosts many villages and so we call upon you in your respective capacities to join hands with us and save the world from extreme poverty and hunger.
