Nakyerongosa village hosts visitors from the Netherlands
On 15th November, 2009, Nakyerongosa village had the opportunity to host two visitors, Jose and Anneloes from the Netherlands. They visited three households who are involved in poultry keeping and beneficiaries of water jars.
The visitors later on visited a spring that is not yet protected, pit latrine for the elderly, hand dug well and finally a protected spring.
A meeting with the community leaders and beneficiaries was conducted and discussions with visitors pertaining to planned projects and plans was carried out. Finally, the visitors had a Ugandan lunch with the community.
It was indeed a great time filled with sharing knowledge and experience and learning from each other. I invite more neighbours to come and visit Nakyerongosa village and see first hand what is being done.
See you in Nakyerongosa village, Uganda
