Dear Kim & Anne, as we await to hear from you;
Like I said, the capacity assessment documentation could be a basis for drawing up a tourism plan. However-first, please: 1) let us know how you would love to operate ie whether independently or under nabuur? 2) what kind of tourism plan are you intrested in drawing-sole (Programme) or mini (component of the tourism programme)?. We look forward to hearing from you. With kind regards, Thank you, Stella

Dear neighbours,
I have just been appointed facilitator for Omiito. I see there are already very active neighbours, that's great!
As you see the tasks in the project are not yet completely defined and I will have a chat with Stella on Saturday to talk about the work that needs to be done. Hopefully I will be able to update the tasks and steps during the weekend so that we can start working as soon as possible.
I'll keep you posted!
Elsa :-)
Hi Elsa,
Great to have you online and look forward to hearing the results of your chat with Stella.

Hi Kibos,
How about getting to know the outcomes from the chat between I & Elsa to spark off?
Thanks,

Hi everybody,
Last week I met with Raul in Amersfoort, where the headquarters of Nabuur are located. I work already for quiet some time together with Raul, Sonja and others in the Nabuurvillage of Walungu, Congo DRC. Raul spoke with enthousiasm about Omiito and suggested me to join you all.
Well, here I am. I will do my best to help the young people of Omiito to develop such a beautiful tourismproject that the whole world will know, where Omiito is :-)
Best regards,
Nico
Hello Nico,
great that you decided to join Omiito. You are most welcome :-)
I have seen in your profile that one of your skills is research information. We are now trying to collect information about Omiito, the region around it and the people living there (Iteso).
Afterwards, we will have to organize the information and write some documentation (your journalism skills will come very handy there!).
Please feel free to participate in the task you prefer most, and in doubt, do not hesitate to contact me.
Greetings and welcome on board!
Elsa.
Dear neighbours,
Since a few weeks I have a new job, very interesting but at the same time very demanding. Unfortunately that means I don't have much time to facilitate Omiito and although I regret it very much, I have to leave this wonderful project.
I hope I can still be around as neighbour and collaborate whenever I can.
Best wishes to all of you and good luck with the project.
Elsa.
