Estimate the Cost for Building a Small Cooperative Store-Warehouse

Status: Just started

In order for the cooperative to buy and sell rice, it will need a store and warehouse. The property is owned by Hope Center (a non-profit compassion ministry). The cooperative would like to build a small store-warehouse on the property.

I have just asked someone to survey the property and provide dimensions so that an architect could draw a building plan and an engineer could give us a list of materials. I have posted here the dimensions of the lot. It's really small but in a very poor community, this is already big.

(The left and middle squares in the lot are vacant. There is a small concrete house in the right square on the lot. Please tell me if you need more information to draw a building plan.)

The store will be very simple — made of hollowblock walls, concrete floor, GI roofing, wooden shelves, and a mezzanine for storage. I need the bill of materials so I can do some costing analysis and include the total cost in a fund-raising that we are doing at GiveMeaning.com.

Once we've raised the funds, we will be able to use the plan to build the store.

So for this task, I'm hoping someone here on Nabuur has architectural skills to help us design a store-warehouse and provide the bill of materials.
