Using Zapotillo and Ulvira as a model what do you require from the project to be able to start putting the business plan together. I will then try and get the material together you need.

Can you tell me does Nabuur have a standard set of templates for business plans that have been used elsewhere that we can utilise .
Basically trying to avoid reinventing the wheel.

As I was saying in Githurai village in Kenya every BP is a story for itself. I still have a part time contract for one consultancy firm in Serbia what gives me some extra right in discussions. Nevertheless, I will first read then compare and eventualy write.
One more thing, while doing this I will do my best to catch Pelle. I haven't seen him for a while.

I have to propose a BP template for one more village that has something to do with the bees. Nevertheless, I'm going to try to come out with something else and different than Uvira or other village BP template. I'm not satisfaied with what I have seen so far in the BP area. Furthermore, BP in Nabuur are more like to the project proposals for the NGO sector, but...This is their game I'm not going to nag. Just give me some time friend and we will work it out.

I think what we need here is a short sample and introduction for the contributions. To have BP template of yours of 14 pages is more like a book than it is a template. We need one or two pages and that template should be developed by the content itself into 14 pages material. Basic rule for the BP little to read a lot to write.
On the other hand this is a free world so anyone can choose an appropriate template for his or hers village in question.

It looks more than nice but I'm helpless with the format presented. What I'm going to do with that? Mr. Stafford can be more than satisfied with the look but what about our actual needs? How I'm going to change it? What is even more important it's about time to introduce here some wiki help. Don't know how PDF file is going to fit wiki.

The object of the plan is to Look at the Timeline and see if the Work that needs to be done, the part you have responsibility for, can be achieved in the time available.
If it can be then we adopt the plan.
Now if you would like any portion of the plan in another format, jpeg, pdf etc Please let me know what you want and assuming I can I will give it to you. It has already been incorporated in to Word and Web documents so I am sure we can get a solution. After all we will not be publishing from a wiki but from a word processing package'.
As for the wiki, I cannot help you there,' it is a solution Jim but not as we know it!'
