Arun Valley Concern Centre (AVCC), a registered non profitable social organization established in Khandbari of Sankhuewasbah district of Eastern Nepal in 2000.

AVCC exists in order to work with the governmental line agencies and other NGOs and INGOS as well as other community based organizations (CBO) for sustainable rural development, health promotion quality educational development in the district. It is exists in order to create awareness among the people against environmental degradation.

AVCC thinks the better , easier, cheaper more effective methods to promote the trade of the those herbs and other agriculture product and to promote tourism up to Mt Makalu Base camp is to collect and put the information in the websites so that all the people in the world can see it ,read it. We think this will help our farmers to have a good price for their products. This will help attract more and more tourists to the place for trelking. More hotels as well as resorts will be open and more people will have a job in the tourism sector. The tourists will help promote cottage industries This will help to create jobs and reduce poverty in the area in the future.
