In this community we can see few toilets, but these toilets also unusable. Now in this village communicable disease is increasing due to lack of awareness (knowledge, attitude and practice). So in this village needs to awareness campaign on personal hygiene and environmental sanitation as well as latrines building program. For this I need your valuable contribution. you will see the eco-san toilet we built in Tamil nadu (the fourth photo down). The central section houses the two access points from which the waste is cleared and used as compost.
I have asked for a materials listing and a plan so that we could see what such a facility would cost in Nepal. Then we can find out whether the facility would be acceptable to the local people.
