Our Future plan is, First to develop Sport & Youth Club than we will go for doing something good for village community Like awareness program on various subject just like rain water Harvesting ,education, Health. organise medical camp, organise a seminar on various subject. Organise cultural program Invite professionals to vadgam to increase village community knowledge and information regarding various issues and problems. and that way we will go for make vadgam community a beautiful and model village.

1. When were you born (what is your age) and where?

My real Name on paper Is “Nitesh” but people called me a “Nitin”. I born in 5th of May 1971 at Vadgam. My age is 36 Years.

2. What is your connection with your community? For example: do you live there yourself?

Some of them are relatives, some are friends, some are good wishers and some are families to community.

3. What happened in your community that you/they are looking for assistance? (short explanation is enough).

We have a Strong Group of Youth in Community, but have not a idea what this strength group can do something good for village community as well as themselves.? Self development and community development? So we required assistance for development on various issues. We like to grow, we like to develop, we like to learn something good, we like to awareness, we like to be a good people, we like to change, hence we looking for assistance.

4. What incident made you decide to step forward, to get involved and take initiative?

Strong support and trust to me from village youth and also Pelle and Sijn visit to vadgam ,good support from www.nabuur.com and nabuur staff and also nabuur trust to me decide me to step forward and get involved and take initiative.

5. Where do you get your energy, drive, power, capacity to be a representative? For example: do you have somebody who inspires you?

Definitely I say Pelle & Sijn, Claudia, anna and other nabuur staff members and neighbours, online free facility on nabuur.com. I also Chatting with pelle and claudia regularly they help me to get energy, drive, power, capacity to be a representative. Thanks to Pelle and claudia. They always looking positive whenever I asked a question.

6. What keeps you awake at night?

Trust and Trust on Nabuur and Nabuur staff and also village community support.

8. Do you have a job besides running your project, and if so, what do you do?

Yes, I am working as a Sr. Clerk in Milk Co-operative Organisation.

9. Can you describe a regular weekday in your life?
(like: what time do you wake up, what do you eat for breakfast, how do
you travel)

I Generally wake up 5 to 6 am early in the morning and after completed routine work I read a news paper, Magazine, books and watch a T.V. listen music. I generally drink a Tea, Milk and coffee. I working 10.00 am to 18.00pm at office. I spend full time with youth and village people on Sunday. I also played a sport on Sunday evening. I like to do exercise, like to read, meet to people and love to family and friends. I generally going to bed on 11.00pm.

10. What role does internet have in your life, where do you have connection, how often, what does it cost?

I learn lots of things with the help of internet and of course find a nabuur through a help of internet. I generally use net in office, but it is not good and like it because it is unofficially. I now decide to go on to private internet café for use it .I also willing to buy my personal PC and connection if possible in future. Now it is very costly for me.

11. What is your best lesson in life, your motto?

What Ever you Do, Do with Honestly and Helpful to peoples. I also like to self development and like to learn and know something good from around the world. I believed in Truth and Trust. I always Hopefully and like to positive approach towards life. I learn that good friends and peoples always helpful to you. Never forget them who little bit for you. I like to share my knowledge what ever I learn to village community. My Motto is Never be a hopeless do as you like with Honestly and trustfully for people around the world.

My dreams is to see well set Vadgam Sport & youth club and also dream to looking model village. when I see a Model village which are different than other village and also when vadgam sport and youth club known as a best club among the best clubs around the world and peoples believed that youth can really do better for village I am satisfied.

I never forget there contribution for us. We are thankful to them and also like to invite them in our village.

Yes Really I never find such a organisation to do such a good work for village community called a nabuur.com. I thankful to nabuur president a staff for there good working on it. I never forget it. I learn lots of from Nabuur and hope through this organisation our village also be a model village in future. Thanks lots all of them who are in touch with vadgam. We are thankful to Pelle & Sijn for visit Vadgam village few month back and encourage vadgam youth to development. Really a fantastic person I meet. Thanks Pelle and sijn for visit vadgam and set with us even facing some unfacility in village.
