I have a great vision to promote the fundraising activity throgh sport media for better causes.
For this to happen in a remote place like Vadgam, I have few suggestions which may help in planning.
No doubt the ex-criketers and present team of India may draw crowd and fund.
You must have seen a film by name 'Lagaan' of Amir Khan which used cricket as a media to arose countrymen's national feelings.
I feel if Amir khan and his film team is roped in this tourniment against the present and ex-crickters who are willing to participate in the event will definitely make it more fundgenrating activity.
Next the venue of tournament:
where shall we have the event happening. are there enough facility for a cricket match in the village?I presume no.
Hence it is wise to do it in a place like Ahmedabad or any big city where people can watch their stars perform for a cause.
I wel come your feed back on these suggestions.
I will definitely contribute my might in identifieng and writing to those criketers on behalf of Nubuur if accpted.

I decided to take this task because I keep reading about cricket players who have been excluded from playing in regular matches, probably for disciplinary matters, but who can still play for charity. I'll try to locate more information.

Thank you for the suggestion. :) If I'm not mistaken, the Vadgam community has a cricket field and I think we can host a tournament there. That'll save us money, right? But what do you think? You think it's best to host it in an international playing field?

In vadgam have a ground for tournament but i am agreed with you that in such a case where star cast took part in tournament we need better place for good arrangement.Ok we will decide after contacted the players wher is is possible to play?I am requesting you to pl.keep in touch with us and informed abt the progress on that.
