What does Vadgam's Sports Club need? Who can help Nitin make a list?

Vadgam sees it's Sports Club as the key to a better future for their youth. Therefore, we need to create a list of the things that the Vadgam Sports Club needs so that we know what we can do to help and how we will go about doing it.

I am not sure how far you are yet, but I think a good start would be to make a list of sports that you want to do and then a list of the requirements per sport - like space, equipment, etc. From that list you can then see what is missing and then make a plan of how you could get the missing bits and as Ali said find local people with knowledge about the sport(s).
