Our poor people are facing the most important problem in the field of health care. The poor disabled bed ridden old patients are not able to get the medical care in time due to the lack of sufficient financial backgrounds. The poor family is unable to bear the high cost of medicines, hospital charges and vehicle charges. Due to the high corruption among the government doctors it is impossible for the poor to get medical care even at government hospitals. So also the private hospitals are only meant for the rich people as they are run for business motive. In these circumstances the poor old and chronic diseased will become victims of huge debt poverty and disappointment. The families of alzhimers and cronic desieased persons live in a very miserable condition. There are about 12 persons above the age of 65 are victims of Alzhimers disease in this country. Most of them are poor people. So their families find it very difficult to provide them with sufficiant nutritious food, costly medicnes, medical care and medical materials.The bed riddon patients will have bed sores in cours of time and their families find it very difficult to provide them with water bed, glouse, cotton, urin bag and nasal tube etc due the financial problems. So I wish to help these poor patients of my village with free medical service of doctors and nurses including free medicinse, medical materials, and ambulance service. So also there are many other problems in our society, to be solved. They will be discussed later. I wish to help the poor, in this matter with your whole hearted cooperation support and advice.
