Thank you Romina for introducing me. After a very instructive chat this morning with Emmanuel, I am happy to join the village as the new facilitator. I have to admit that I am new to Nabuur, so please be indulgent with me for any stupid questions. I still have to familiarize myself with the website and the different functions.

My name is Maria, 24 years old, and I am originally from Germany. I am currently finishing my master´s degree in London/UK in European Politics and development studies. Before, I lived for almost four years in France, and I have to admit that this has become a bit my second nationality. I love travelling, learning languages and meeting new people an cultures; and I have a very keen interest in international development, that´s why I am here to get some hands-on experience and to help others to improve their lives.
