Last year it was already too close to the end of the year when the idea came up to make a calendar for fundraising...this year we have the chance to make it happen - we still have several months to edit the photos, design the calendar, think about a distribution and fundraising strategy and sell the calendards accordingly :)

I had already asked in a Nepalese restaurant here in Vienna if it would be possible to put them up for sale there - and they agreed!

I think there are several points to start on
- to edit the photos and put them in calendar format
- to think about a story line to go through the calendar like a read thread
- to collect ideas on how to print and distribute it

well...and then we also need people to actually participate in the fundraising in the end :)
