Define the requirements for a day care/education centre in Yoshinkhel

SACDS, the organization in Yoshinkhel, would like to establish its own day care & education centre.... not only in name, but a real building :-)
The community has offered us a plot of land and neighbours have helped to create a building design.
Please help us think about and define the requirements for the building - bricks, cables, furniture, etc. - so that it could host our three programs:
- child day care
- education program
- skill training for women

We have been joined by 3 new Worldschool students who would like to work on the question of the requirements of a day care centre. Here is their message! I have created a Wiki with the same name as this task - it just reads "shared document:" up front - so we can all put their ideas together directly in the document :)

We are three students from the Netherlands. We are in the midst of setting up a new day care centre in Yoshinkhel and so far we have made a project plan with certain questions that we need answered in order to start up this day care centre. This project plan is in the attachments.
Many questions have already been answered, but we still need help, for example we still need to know some of the requirements of a day care centre (specifically a day care centre in Nepal). So if you could please read our project plan and reply to any questions you can answer. Any comments regarding day care centres would be greatly appreciated.

we are 2 students from the Netherlands, also in the midst of setting up a day care centre in Yoshinkhel. We are busy with our project plan, but are not sure about our subject. Many task have already been taken. So now we would like to focus on the possibilities of electricity and water supply for the new day care and education centre in Yoshinkhel.
We would like to know if there is already a location chosen, or are there different options available for the location? In this way, we can find out the best solution concerning our daycare
We would also like to know if it is necessary that we focus on the electricity and water supply. Hasn't it already been done?
We can cuntinue with our project plan if whe have the answers to our questions.
