You have not kept any window in sides. it mean you are construcing and covering 100% of plot area. You could consider following-

1- Office in front- You could consider keeping the office in front. This way you could maintain easy controll over movements of children and visitors. It is understood that in normal course the school shall keep outer doors closed but many times it could remain open for shorter durations and there could be unrestricted movements. A front office could be better. In that ase study too shall shift to front.

2- Day light- Appear to be less. So pl keep double door frames for door opening out. One inner set of door could be normal wood or metal to be used while closing the school the outer set of door could be of glass. this glass door shall be closed.
if you decide to shift the office to front and play room to back, you shall have to keep full width back yard and windows for day light in play room.

3- 2nd floor is ok except some minor changes necessiated by shifting of srctural pillars/load bearing walls.

Hi,

I looked at the design and I agree with Virendra's suggestions esp about the location of the office. Also, I believe the strutural will be much more comprehensive than what has been shown on the initial plans. Also, I feel there should be more rooms for future seperation of classes for different age groups (above 5). However, I am not sure of the dimensions of the plot and dont know how possible that would be. Also, I was wondering if we need to a complete structural design on this. Please let me know the scope of work in the design phase and I would be more than happy to contribute.

I was away from office most of the last week. This week too I am in office for first 3 days. I have accumulated some works requiring my immediate attention in business.

Your deadline to this project is 31st august. Pl inform us dimensions of the plot. Pl specify all four sides as the plot seems asymetrical. Pl also inform about plots/buildings in sides and back. pl also specify the width of road/street in front.

Sabina, pl rush the info to meet the deadline.

Opinion: Thanks Sabina. Now things are clear about the size and scope of improvement.
You have already adjusted the office in front. Its good for control. Now I suggest shifting the toilet and store from middle of the building. A toilet in the middle without an outside vent shall make the building non-usable. So I suggest-
1- to shift the toilet to Northwest corner along the west wall with ventilation in back duct.
2- Store could be-
a- in between baby sleeping room and stairs if possible.
b- a second position could be in Northeast corner.
c- a third position is before toilet along west wall. In that case the toilet door could open in room now shown for adult training.
d- another possibility is loft storage above water
Tank for items needed once or twice in a day.

I request opinion from all specially Sabina and Ashpica. After toilet and store is decided, we could fix the room part
