Draft Letter to Donor Organisations

Nabuurs have combined their forces to draft a funding proposal and identify possible donor organizations. Now it is time to send out the proposal to these organizations.

Who is good in writing convincing funding letters? A general draft for a letter would help in the next step to contact the individual organizations.

I have a suggestion, I think the letter should be approve by the Facilitator of the Village. I still made some minor changes to the letter. In order to be able to use it for each of the funding proposals, I would suggest to make also a short description of each project (as was also an idea you put in the letter) - and you can then simply copy and paste the relevant description depending on the donor. I don't think I need to approve the letters - I am fine if Sabina sends the letters or someone else sends it in SACDS's name.
