With the help of a volunteer, a beautiful catalogue was created with the women and children of Yoshinkhel starring as models for the colorful woolen products. The catalogue is also reflected on the website of Yoshinkhel Crafts: www.yoshinkhelcraft.com.np
Hi everybody,
I am in Yoshinkhel since more than one month, working with Sabina on the new catalogue, that is almost ready.
To improve the catalogue we did a shooting of the products with several models (we had a lot of fun !).
The catalogue's weight is nearly 40 Mo, so it will be difficult to send it by mail to potential buyers. That's why we are now searching for process to upload it on internet. If anybody knows a good website for that, don't hesitate to tell us !

Hi marine, it's taking quite a long time to download. I have not been successful yet in downloading the whole thing.
I wonder if anyone else has a better idea. Somehow the catalogue size needs to be reduced because if it can't be emailed around then it will be difficult for potential buyers people to see it. Will the catalogue go on the Yoshinkhel website as well? if so this may be easier to refer people to.

Hi Marine-
The site where the catalog is located is a bit confusing. I clicked the link you shared, but I first thought I was downloading the catalog and it actually ended up being software from the site. When I figured out where the catalog file was, it took over a minute to download on a high speed connection and when the countdown concluded - it still never opened. I haven't been able to view it at all yet.

As some of your tasks haven't been updated for a while, I am not sure if you are still looking for companies who might be able to sell your products?
Knitwear from Nepal seems to be popular here in the UK at the moment. I have just been walking round a craft market in town and seen several companies selling it. It was very busy, no no time to stop and talk to any of the stallholders to see if they were looking for more suppliers but found websites for some of them if you want to check them out.
