Clinton Global Initiative

The Clinton Global Initiative, a non-partisan project of the William J. Clinton Foundation, is a catalyst for action, bringing together a community of global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world's most pressing challenges.

Former President Clinton spoke about NABUUR during the World Meeting in the Netherlands December 7. 2006. The WorldMeeting was organized by the Dutch Postcode Lottery, an important financier of NABUUR.

Dutch Postcode Lottery

The Dutch Postcode Lottery is the largest charity lottery in the Netherlands. Fifty percent of its annual gross proceeds is donated to carefully selected charity organisations. NABUUR received a substantial project donation in 2004. This money is used to develop NABUUR into what it is today.

FairGroundSessions is NABUUR's partner for sustainable and voluntary tourism. They can organise a grouptravel to your Village on NABUUR.com or you can join a grouptravel to a NABUUR Village organised by the Fair Ground Foundation. Autumn 2008 the first trips will be organised for you to participate. If you feel like organising a trip together with them, don't hesitate to contact them yourself!
