Using the list of NGO's and the template letter, we need to start making contact to inquire on requirements.

What we need to know:

- What are the application requirements?
- What entails the application process? (What is needed, is there a fee, when can we apply)

Make a list of these requirements in the Wiki (Facilitator can open) or a document file.
