Disaster recovery
Often we think: such things do not happen to us. Disasters only happen on the other side of the world. Well, fortunately, that is often right. Past years some very terrible disasters happened. A lot of people died, got wounded, lost homes and family and developed complex traumas. Even though a lot of people struggled up, also thanks to help out of other countries.Natural violence
Mother Nature does not bear something in mind with anything or anybody. Past years a lot of disasters happened in a row: Disasters of nature occur since remembrance. Think about the outburst of the Vesuvius during the Roman Empire, which destructed whole Pompeii. Or think about the Tri-state tornado in the United States. Nowadays we have the possibility to offer help in affected areas. Though in the past this was almost impossible: airplanes did not yet exist. People did not have tv or radio so they did not even know what was happening in other parts of the world.Authority violence
Not only Mother Nature causes violence. The human himself often causes also disastrous situations. Think about 9/11 or the current situation in Darfur. Authority violence does also occur for ages. Also in the past wars were taking place. But the intensity of the violence has multiplied so that violence causes more and more death people.Disaster recovery
Together we can offer help to countries and areas that are hit by the most awful occurrences. Money, food or volunteers are offered and always welcome in such moments. That it is often not easy to offer help, you can read in the article about Darfur.A quiet world without violence is almost unimaginable. Though it is still something we have to aim for. We can not and may not abandon our fellow human being.
